Looking for lawn mowing on the Gold Coast? A useful quote starts with a clear picture of your lawn. Two yards that look similar from the street can involve different work once you account for side access, long grass and the edges around garden beds.
You do not need a perfect measurement or a long explanation. A few photos and the details below give us a much better starting point than a request for a price alone.
1. Show the whole lawn
Tell us whether the job includes the front yard, back yard and any separate grassed areas. An approximate size is helpful, but wide photos can also show the layout. Include narrow strips, corners and areas around fixed objects so they are part of the discussion from the start.
2. Describe the current condition
Is this a routine mow, or has the grass been left for a while? Mention long or dense patches, uneven ground and anything hidden in the grass. Photos from ground level help show the height. Let us know about loose items, pet toys or other obstacles that need moving before the job.
3. Explain access
